Opening of the Forum

8:00 am.  Registration

8:30 am. Welcome

8:35 am. Keynote Address

9:30-12:30 Breakout sessions for adults and youth.  This includes a simulation and debrief for the youth.

 

12:30-1:30 Lunch Break

 

1:30 Colloquium on Little Britches in breakout groups, with debrief, begins the afternoon sessions for adults and youth

2:30-5:55 Afternoon sessions, including:

5:10 Pre-dance Ice-breaker games in the youth session

5:55 closing remarks and final announcements

6:00 Dinner break

Third Annual Colorado Family Ball

7:30-10:30 Colorado Family Ball

10:30-11:30 Break down and Clean up
